The brief.

Talus makes green ammonia fertiliser in containerised plants, and its Naivasha equipment is built to American standards: 480 V, 60 Hz, in a 50 Hz country. Ariya’s 2.1 MWp system integrates AC coupling to serve the load directly and DC coupling synchronised with a 764 kWh battery.

The result is a containerised, seamlessly hybrid power plant that keeps a chemical process running to a spec the local grid was never going to meet.
