Robinson Muigai and Rina Hicks discussed the importance of moving away from a supplier-client relationship toward a co-creation partnership model where Pinch Africa provides the technical expertise and infrastructure while respecting the unique needs and mission of the Money - Wise audience ([00:03:41](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.z49ppwxffy0h)). - **Goal for Centralized Platform**: Rina Hicks expressed the objective of creating a central digital hub, acting as a funnel for various services including speaking engagements, coaching, courses, and books ([00:08:12](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.8yv6wnn1ko7)). The goal is to provide a user-friendly interface where clients can easily access specific resources, modeled after platforms that prioritize clarity and minimal navigation to address common user inquiries regarding debt and investment upfront ([00:10:39](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.yzcvgjy2cxdi)). - **Vision for Financial Empowerment**: The overarching vision is to foster an educated and empowered population across Africa, helping them achieve financial freedom and escape the bondage of debt and financial misinformation. Rina Hicks emphasized the need for a website that is intuitive, interactive, and avoids the "straightjacket" of formal financial jargon, instead providing a warm and engaging experience that encourages users to return ([00:11:32](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.zfdntxfjhosw)). - **Rebranding Money - Wise**: Muthoni Waweru identified that the brand currently relies too heavily on Rina Hicks, creating a sustainability issue where users demand personal interaction rather than engaging with the company as a whole ([00:14:08](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.n963arfp9dey)). The team proposed transitioning the brand identity to represent "Africa's financial confidence ecosystem," shifting perception away from being seen merely as a book, course, or coaching business ([00:15:45](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.gkz4u4rnea7h)). - **Customer Journey Segmentation**: To improve user conversion, Muthoni Waweru suggested segmenting website visitors into three distinct groups: individuals, investors/corporates, and diaspora clients ([00:15:45](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.gkz4u4rnea7h)). The proposed strategy involves designing specific "start your journey" pathways for each segment, allowing users to take assessments and access relevant content like investment confidence, wealth preservation, or cross-border investing resources ([00:17:22](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.n4cmtmcuccy7)). - **Elevating Learning and Digital Products**: While investment commissions currently provide the most revenue, Rina Hicks expressed a desire to shift focus toward elevating the learning platform, specifically for budgeting tools, debt management resources, and financial assessments ([00:21:39](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.55f4ulyi5m3z)) ([00:23:54](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.zdwf223fpfoa)). The goal is to provide standalone digital products that clients can purchase or access without needing direct, time-intensive intervention from coaches ([00:22:45](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.9e9lzj8p5erh)). - **YouTube and Content Strategy**: Rina Hicks confirmed that Money - Wise owns the copyright to their video content and plans to integrate YouTube feeds directly into the website to create a cohesive user experience ([00:23:54](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.zdwf223fpfoa)). This approach aims to reduce the disconnect between the website and external media, allowing users to watch content directly on the platform ([00:24:50](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.du9dqvfsogt7)). - **Digitization of Proprietary Tools**: The team discussed the necessity of digitizing several existing manual or third-party tools, including a money personality test, a values clarification exercise, and a wealth management assessment ([00:27:40](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.g5zsaqi0s9ib)) ([00:30:22](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.v5vtai2akh52)). Robinson Muigai noted that Pinch Africa can help automate and customize these assessments, ensuring they are legally and technically structured as proprietary Money - Wise products rather than being reliant on external copyright or platforms ([00:28:39](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.po5jqg2gcnwt)). - **Faith-Based Value Proposition**: Money - Wise highlighted that their faith-based background is a unique selling point that builds initial trust with their client base ([00:31:23](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.19ah2yo0n68f)). They emphasized that their approach involves addressing behavioral and value-based money management before moving into technical financial advice, which serves as a foundation for all their coaching and corporate engagements ([00:32:15](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.ey5afc6100rb)). - **Modular E-Learning Approach**: In discussing e-learning functionality, Rina Hicks explained the transition from a flagship seven-week course called "Investable" to a modular structure where users can access specific lessons or tools as needed ([00:34:22](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.h3hia4o7je19)). Pinch Africa noted their readiness to implement this modular design, ensuring that course content is interactive and visually engaging to maintain user interest ([00:45:23](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.tl88j6xd3ruo)). - **Project Reference - Leader Development**: Wilson Julius from Pinch Africa demonstrated a previously developed tool for a separate leader development project to show how assessments, dashboards, and courses can be integrated ([00:38:46](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.4xjrj9cb0jm4)) ([00:44:09](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.ok26m91or9dt)). The demonstration showcased features such as user progress tracking, personality labeling, and automated prompts for further coaching based on assessment results, providing a viable roadmap for the Money - Wise project ([00:39:58](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.1ce9qojatz6i)) ([00:44:09](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.ok26m91or9dt)). - **Proposed Development Timeline**: Robinson Muigai proposed a timeline for the project, starting with a draft presentation for the client next week, with the goal of launching a functional phase one version within two and a half weeks. The strategy involves consolidating the brand, creating an 80% complete version for launch, and subsequently providing support for maintenance and further enhancements ([00:49:50](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.xmvzbdln3hb2)). - **Backend Automation and AI Integration**: Robinson Muigai outlined phase two of the project, which will focus on backend automation and the implementation of AI tools to assist Money - Wise in managing client communications and operations. This is intended to address the current manual handling of their high volume of client inquiries and data ([00:50:54](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.20p2ql92x9p)). - **Project Scope and Alignment**: Robinson Muigai and Rina Hicks discussed the next steps for their collaboration, with Rina Hicks requesting a draft from Robinson Muigai to ensure alignment on the project scope. Robinson Muigai agreed to share an email containing a folder with a branding manual and other necessary materials, and Rina Hicks confirmed that Rea would lead this process on their end ([00:54:17](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.nexhtoo7clq6)). - **Meeting Conclusion**: Rina Hicks and Robinson Muigai concluded their conversation by wishing each other well for their subsequent meetings and the remainder of the afternoon ([00:54:17](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.nexhtoo7clq6)). - **Project Debrief and Assessment**: Following the conclusion of the formal meeting, Robinson Muigai reflected on a one-day conference project, discussing the visual design and event delivery. Robinson Muigai identified a cost of $3,500 for a single site related to a project referred to as "My little big thing" and noted the use of CSV files for testing purposes ([01:07:59](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MSVl4Dz-rGmPxhqWgYaCXzZKdQacrDZFycNbVmyz4xQ/edit#heading=h.5ojuf4kc4ezt)). *You should review Gemini's notes to make sure they're accurate.* [*Get tips and learn how Gemini takes notes*](https://support.google.com/meet/answer/14754931) *How is the quality of* ***these specific notes?*** [*Take a short survey*](https://google.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9vK3UZEaIQKKE7A?confid=XdGR59xb83Ute3dVSDF6DxIOOAIIigIgABgDCA&detailid=standard&screenshot=false) *to let us know your feedback, including how helpful the notes were for your needs.** * # 📖 Transcript* * Jun 3, 2026 ## The New Moneywise.co.ke - Transcript ### 00:00:00 **Money - Wise:** to transfer them into or move them into this website and platform that we are. So, it's a one-stop shop for people. Um, and if you know anything about financial literacy, it's as unique as Robinson, it's as unique as Reena, as Rea, you know, everybody has their personal money things. So, in as much as you're saying the same thing over and over again, it's skewed towards that person. So, even if it's debt management, somebody will say you know, so there's that um repetition that happens a lot that we need some way of um how can I say um creating sort of like a one-stop shop for even if it's a personal thing but do we offer you tools um and resources that will help you manage to go like okay **Robinson Muigai:** Amazing. **Money - Wise:** I am here this is how I'm going to grow this is the next steps to you know follow etc etc So kind of like have one community, one hub for everything. Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** Wanted to ask um Wilson we are recording this and if you guys are okay with the recording it saves a lot. ### 00:01:13 **Robinson Muigai:** All right that's fantastic. Um maybe briefly I share who we are and then we jump into you've already started to give us a brief of what's happening and what you guys Oh okay **Rina Hicks:** You don't want Wilson to know who I am. **Robinson Muigai:** sorry **Rina Hicks:** Hi Wilson. **Robinson Muigai:** finish **Rina Hicks:** And hi John. My name is Reena. I work with RA. So I have I wear two hats. So there's the Money Wise one and then the second hat is F investment bank. But we're here for the purpose of Moneywise. And we I I don't even have anything to add to REA. Let's just say I am very passionate about helping people become financially literate which will then lead to them and their families becoming financially free. So I like jargon as an individual in the financial services. I detest jargon. I want my clients to know what they're getting into and to know and understand why. um and to invest and get into financial services from a place of knowledge and understanding and to do it purposefully because they know this is where this fits in in my larger goal in my larger plan and that way then they're able to make decisions in an informed way. ### 00:02:34 **Rina Hicks:** Um so I mean based on that I think for me it's how can I participate in a manner that enables people to be more enlightened empowered so that then they're able to make more informed decisions becoming financially free and it's not just limited to Kenya um I mean with the work we've had we've had impact across the the continent to be honest I mean I've had people from even Burundi get in touch South Africa have we have clients South Africa I mean Nigeria like everywhere. Um of course majority of our our clients are from Kenya but it's everywhere whether it is Dubai, UAE, uh Qatar, the US, London, um you know even speaking engagements we've done across different countries. Uh and so there's no it's it's it's borderless because I mean money is money, right? So that's that's me in a nutshell. Thank And then we have Mugani. **Robinson Muigai:** Go ahead. We've met in other corridors, but yeah, go ahead. **Muthoni Waweru:** Hi Rob and guys, **Robinson Muigai:** Hi, **Muthoni Waweru:** I'm good. **Robinson Muigai:** how are you? **Muthoni Waweru:** Thank you. ### 00:03:41 **Muthoni Waweru:** H interesting that we're meeting again. I'm actually excited that we're meeting again. Um yeah, I don't know what else to say. **Robinson Muigai:** and and and Moni and Wilson are very tight so they know each other very well uh because of some work we are doing for Mooney. So Mononyi welcome again here. Uh maybe let me start also by saying we I'm excited for this. Um Moni will know this. We we are keen around one creating partnerships. We just don't want to do products and system and website and then dump them to our clients and they don't know what to do with them. So we want to take that burden so that they can focus on the core business. So that's normally very clear. And then one of the other things we are trying to do is to have a link between our clients and their audience. So we keep reminding our clients, yeah, we know what you're saying, but your audience uh this is what they want. So when we build stuff, we are thinking about the vision and where you want to go, but also how will your audience interpret and the journey they take through in the digital space. ### 00:04:53 **Robinson Muigai:** So that's that's the the thing we are trying to bring closer and that's why Wilson and all the developers will be part of this meeting because they get to execute that. So we don't have a I'm told staff and then I go and tell them and then we have this back and forth and I think Moni can attest. I I've done very little with her. They have been working with the team here. Um so briefly that's what happened and why we say it's partnership because it's built on trust. we're going to access your data. So there's a trust that needs to be there. Um and and and also for uh for this to work, it can't be supplier something relationship. It has to be a partnership because you know your product very well. You know what needs to go into that. But then we bring our experience and technology and those work together. So we we are co-creating. We don't come here pretending we are expert and we know everything. ### 00:05:50 **Robinson Muigai:** we are co-creating because each business is unique. With that small speech, I would like to work with you guys and um we are excited uh with what we do with you. Some of my staff are consume your products. Uh by the way, so they know your product very well. Some of my chama places I am in they consume your products. So yeah, so it's it's it's really exciting to also contribute to uh how how the business is going. Wilson, I'll allow you to introduce yourself and **Pinch Africa:** Yeah, **Robinson Muigai:** John **Pinch Africa:** thank you so much. Um, my name is Wilson uh Julius. I'm the team lead web development and digital innovations here at Africa. Um, what I do is mostly around the technical stuff around website development. Um, some cool stuff around AI and automation. Um, just to just a way to to to automate some of our clients processes. Um, we get to automate some of the tools and you know, you'll get to see how they work. ### 00:06:57 **Pinch Africa:** um some of the qualifiers, some of the assessments that we're thinking about and um yeah, I'm happy to be here. Um I'm happy to see Mi around here again. And um I'm I'm hopeful, no, I know um that we will come up with something great, something that we all have like thought of. **Robinson Muigai:** Thank you, Wilson. And then John. **John Murage:** Hi, my name is John. I'm a web developer and a graphic designer at Pinch Africa. Nice to meet you. **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah, John speaks like that by the way. Few words, background person and is handling somewhere on the background. Yeah, Money knows that. So, let's dive into this. Um, so you shared some links. We have looked at them. Before we go further, we just want to hear uh what do you guys want to achieve? Um, what is your vision around this? But also, what are the outcomes you wish to see? And then after that we will show a bit of other things we've done to expand what you guys are thinking. ### 00:08:12 **Robinson Muigai:** Um and then from here we'll have actions point from from there. Then if I need to deal with the logistic and stuff that we can handle on the side with either you um difficult name or reena. So we'll **Rina Hicks:** Uh Robbie, **Robinson Muigai:** see. **Rina Hicks:** let me let me put her name on the chat so that you know sometimes when you see how something is spelled then you're like **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Money - Wise:** Thank you. **Rina Hicks:** okay **Robinson Muigai:** Okay. All right. I hand hand **Rina Hicks:** no worries okay so let me start and then I'll have the two ladies chime in the **Robinson Muigai:** over **Rina Hicks:** goal the goal because what we want to achieve is the first question and what's our vision so what we want to be able to achieve give is have one central place. If you think about a funnel, uh one central place that all these different activities that we're doing lead to that then can help people get to what it is that they want done. So we have services that we offer and the services that we offer is we have um speaking engagements, we have coaching, we have a we have courses or programs people can sign up for, we have a book um and then we just have content. ### 00:09:28 **Rina Hicks:** We just want to help people. So where can they So whenever we do activations um whether it is a uh a speaking engagement whether it's a blog or an email or there needs to be a call to action and that call to action what I desire is for it to all lead to this one place where all these different services are offered and then we have relationships. So if people want to invest, we have relationships with different money market funds with different institutions. If they want to buy shares, any any financial assets that they want to buy, we have relationships with different people so that if they want to invest, then that's something that they can do. So let me let me just show you something quickly. It's it's it's a similar model. Um it's a similar model that gives you a sense of where I want to go. It may not be this blown up in terms of now, where do I get the screen? It may not be this blown up in terms of the services, but I know you know this guy, so I don't need to be labor, but I love the way when you just come to his homepage. ### 00:10:39 **Rina Hicks:** In fact, **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Rina Hicks:** let me just load it one more time. It's so easy. Like, what are you looking for? Money, investing, retirement, real estate, you know, he he does all these different things. And then it's get out of debt. I know. Oh my gosh, that's exactly what I need. Like the you don't need to scroll anywhere. You can see exactly what the I I think they've done their research based on inquiries that have come and they know straight up what do people desire up front. Um, so the look and feel is okay, but I love that you get everything immediately and then there's this we have proof that we work and this is how we have helped people over 30 years of our existence, you know. So I love this website for for the clarity and the fact that you don't have to scroll 16 times to be able to understand what they do. So really that's the goal. What is our vision? ### 00:11:32 **Rina Hicks:** Our vision is to see African families set free from this trap of money. From the love of money and from the bondage that they're in because they're in debt or they don't understand. They feel like it's clueless. They go sit with someone. Another thing is the bondage that comes from people who sell financial services seeking their own benefit as opposed to the benefit of clients. So for me what gives me joy is seeing someone ask another or even myself or anybody in our company a question based on understanding. I'm just like this is fantastic because by the time someone is signing up for something they know exactly what it is they want to do. So there's different efforts we've spent around that but really generally that's the vision an educated empowered population that interacts with us. So the vision for the website therefore is a website that then is easy to navigate. Um has all these different products and services um is is very intuitive and engaging. um and someone knows okay once I'm here I have I know exactly what I need uh because it's not difficult to navigate through and yeah just something that's that's interesting and fun because so also the other thing I find financial services tend to be um straight jacket formal hard jagon fields but I technical yeah so that's the feel you even shaking. ### 00:13:02 **Robinson Muigai:** technical. **Rina Hicks:** That's not even the feel I want. You know, we're not looking for for that. It's something that's interactive. Someone who doesn't feel someone comes and they feel, "Oh, wow. I like warm, inviting, and I can I can learn this and even want to learn this and oh my gosh, I want to be able to be here more every let me come back and learn something else because it's easy. It's interactive. Maybe interactive is not the word, but it's easy and fun to interact with." Um, yeah. So I think I've combined vision and the outcomes we wish to see. So let me allow Mani and Raa to just add to that in case there's something I've missed. **Money - Wise:** Madan, you can go ahead. **Rina Hicks:** But I also hope you noted as Mudon unmutes what Raa said in the beginning around the same questions being asked by people. How do I get out of debt? How I need a budget? You know, those are the common questions and we're happy to share what those are. ### 00:14:08 **Rina Hicks:** How can we solve that upfront without it's like we already know the question they have and we've already solved it so that we're not having every call it's the same same answer we're giving. So we want to answer in different ways whether it's a tool um a downloadable a course something that they can that they can get easily I am. **Muthoni Waweru:** Cool. Thanks. And then I think you've even summarized almost everything. I don't know if there's really anything to add. However, um currently the the money was website Reena has basically just touched the surface, but she does so much much more. And the brand the money wise brand itself is so much stronger than the website, which is what we don't want. when anyone consumes the content on there, they should see it as Africa's because you've heard she's mentioned we have customers from all over Africa and including diaspora guys who are in the states, UK, whatever the case may be, but they're from Africa. I think the the USP that Moneywise has is they curate or we curate um financial solutions for us by us as opposed to you grabbing a you know financial mapping or financial assessment from someone in America who has different uh tax systems and etc. So basically what someone should feel and see when they come to the site it's Africa's financial confidence comp like literally it's not currently what they see it's a ### 00:15:45 **Muthoni Waweru:** financial literacy website selling a course and a book which and in some cases coaching um so clearly what it's not it's not a book it's not a course it's not a coaching business or a webinar platform it's a financial confidence ecosystem helping people, mostly Africans, learn, save, invest, grow, all those wonderful things that come with you being financially free. Um, and ultimately preserve. And that should be obvious within the first 5 seconds. Right now, it's not. So, currently, I'm sure you had a look at the website, it currently feels like, "Hi, I am Reena." It should move away from Reena being the brand which now even on the DMs now it's always about how can I meet Reena? How can as opposed to the brand should be able to exist outside of like grow outside of Reena other it's not sustainable that Reena is the DJ behind the decks for every single thing that's required. Um what I think also in terms of uh brand architecture like customer journey mapping when someone comes to the site I essentially we should have maybe more but ideally three particular groups so there's individuals there's investors corporates and then there's the diaspora clients and under those of course right now I wouldn't h be saying that you have inklings to what I'm talking about but under those like now for an individual I'd either be looking at the moneywise book or join ### 00:17:22 **Muthoni Waweru:** investable or financial health assessment through the the assessments that you're doing on the other side webinars community things like that whereas diaspora would be you're looking at trust cuz the biggest um problem diaspora guys have is they send money back home buy for me land then they come years later and there's no land so it's trust is number one so how do I invest knowing that It's a sure bet in Kenya. Wealth preservation, crossber border investing, legacy, things like that basically. So the hero section obviously should be a smart the smarter way to build wealth across Africa. So in terms of financial education, investment confidence, corporate financial wellness. So just like you've done on the other side, it should have those very subtle yet not subtle CTA buttons saying start your journey. So from the three different platforms, three different customer journeys, it starts the journey and then now they take the the different assessments to be able to determine what they need as opposed to they come on the site they read they read some more they read some more then they leave what I need them to do is they come to the site take assessments or they at can tell what we are about and then now make a decision um is there anything I'm missing not really but my biggest recommendation is we stop using moneywise as a as a collection of products and position it as Africa's financial potential confidence company. ### 00:19:03 **Muthoni Waweru:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** Wow. Um that's that's that's so one of the things I'm picking is the the linkages between what money wise is doing and how it's connecting to products that are beyond moneywise that that that you can plug people in which is very different from and I think that's your unique selling point very different from uh I'm a coach then you come then I can point out there's some experience around like how they can actually engage uh with with how the ecosystem looks like. So I like the idea of an ecosystem. I also like the idea of bringing money wise brand on the forefront because there is also reena and seeing how those work together right so of course using this because it's already there low hanging fruit but also just pushing the money wise so that people know h they can get value without rea you being part of it cuz you have already I don't know 86 six WhatsApp they will be wanting to speak to it's impossible. Um the other thing I saw on the other site and I I don't want to discuss more about that because that's not the standard we want to follow is that the coaching element didn't come out very well. ### 00:20:29 **Robinson Muigai:** Um I think there's a there's a coaching there's a book the tools let me just even say the tools that are in this ecosystem uh they didn't come up well and one is the coaching the other one is the academy the other one is the book the events right uh how can people if they want you to go and speak or this guys to go and speak to their staff corporate staff or something um coaching engagement also very key that they didn't come up as as the tools that you guys have. So those are some of the things that we'll be looking at. My question before I hand it over to Wilson is what is giving you if you are to describe the products you have or these tools that you have which is giving you what percent? Um so because that also helps to elevate some of the item. Um maybe that that is a question I would want to hear like the books is the book selling much is the speaking engagement or corporate is the diaspora is individual which is giving you more more income or revenue. ### 00:21:39 **Rina Hicks:** So currently what's giving the most revenue is actually investment commissions from us **Robinson Muigai:** Hey. **Rina Hicks:** referring our clients to different uh organizations whether that's to like Sanlam CIC FIA so investment commissions is our largest but that's not what I want us to push because then it it takes away from really what we're trying to do which is I **Robinson Muigai:** Mhm. **Rina Hicks:** love what how Moni put it builds confidence so we're not selling product but because we are educating the natural thing is where should I invest and who should I invest with and and we're like you know you have all these here's the bouquet a buffet of different people that you could go with and what we've done in the back end is gotten relationships with all these different people so that then whoever they choose then we are able to um I I guess get paid for that but that's not Yeah. So that's one. So speaking engagements would come next. Uh coaching then after that the book is seasonal. So the book really relies on the speaking engagements I find. ### 00:22:45 **Rina Hicks:** So when I speak somewhere or we do a video or an activation around the book then you know we get a lot of sales and the sales are both on Amazon and on um you know like a textbook center our own our own jumia. Yes. Um, now coaching is is good, but I don't push it because I need to find a way to get other coaches that people will accept and be happy to be served by cuz my time is like this. And so I actually would prefer not to even have it as a service on my website unless those who are on a in fact what we could do is get into relationships with coaches and just have them as the people you can choose. That's **Robinson Muigai:** So, **Rina Hicks:** me. **Robinson Muigai:** Do you want when people come in then you refer them to coaches or cuz yeah those those are the the the things I want to see what and then what would you want to elevate more of **Rina Hicks:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** of the products you have **Rina Hicks:** Um the learning platform I think the the learning platform because what happens is people ask can I how do I do this? ### 00:23:54 **Rina Hicks:** Which money market fund? How do I you know I need a budget budgeting tool? Those things, those ones are the ones we need to elevate more so that it's like need a budget, need to get out of debt, click here, pay 200, well 2,000 or a,000, whatever, and able to get the resource that they need without having to speak to me, right? Or a coach, they don't have to speak to somebody. That's what I'd love to elevate because it's doing two things. one and most importantly educating and equipping, but then secondly, it's a revenue generating um and it's revenue generating and it's not too expensive for them to get that **Robinson Muigai:** I like that. And then um the last question and Wilson if you have some you ask. **Rina Hicks:** information. **Robinson Muigai:** The last question I have here is on your on your YouTube. So you had at some point you did some really good content around YouTube. Who owns the copyright? **Rina Hicks:** Me. **Robinson Muigai:** Oh, **Rina Hicks:** Oh no. **Robinson Muigai:** you have so YouTube channel money wise. ### 00:24:50 **Rina Hicks:** Well, money wise. Money wise. **Robinson Muigai:** Okay. So it's moneywise it's your channel. It's your content. **Rina Hicks:** Yes. Yes. **Robinson Muigai:** Okay. Again, **Rina Hicks:** And so we can use it as please. **Robinson Muigai:** so I also didn't see it here. **Rina Hicks:** Exactly. **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. So that's also something very **Rina Hicks:** Not. Yeah. So like I I also saw on this website that I was just on they have um **Robinson Muigai:** interesting. **Rina Hicks:** so like they have let me just show you so that when you scroll down a little bit on that same website sorry I'm at home and there's some people on me so you hear some noise. **Robinson Muigai:** No **Rina Hicks:** So yeah here small steps that lead to big wins they've got the Ramsey show. **Robinson Muigai:** worries. **Rina Hicks:** So, I noticed when I click there, it takes you, this is YouTube, so it takes you to their show. **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Rina Hicks:** This is a recent episode you can watch now. And I'm like, I like this, you know, ### 00:25:41 **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Rina Hicks:** and you could choose to watch on YouTube or you could just watch it here. **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. Very **Rina Hicks:** So, yeah. Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** simple. **Rina Hicks:** So, I thought that that was um a nice way to do it so that then it doesn't look like two disconnected things. Yeah. Uh, **Robinson Muigai:** Okay. **Rina Hicks:** and then this every dollar is an app they have and this is some insurance product they have. But yeah, I mean it's it's for us to **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. Then uh maybe before Winston I throw you in h do you have any tools that you've developed like something to get out **Rina Hicks:** know **Robinson Muigai:** of debt um some I know you might have assessment around money money personality those tools are already there and we could try to digitize them so that and that's what one of the things I want to show you will to show you we're doing something for Byron which you know who is a coach and we are trying to automate some of the um what they call some of the assessment uh for leadership. ### 00:26:40 **Robinson Muigai:** So you do this assessment. It's very long. **Rina Hicks:** Okay. **Robinson Muigai:** It's like six six assessment in one, but it helps him know where to start the coaching. **Rina Hicks:** Okay. **Robinson Muigai:** So been working with him and now we've gotten to a place that we're starting to work with other things. We just doing it and I'll show you will show you just in a minute. Wilson, I'm done with my question. Do you have any on your side? Oh, I was asking tools before you go in. So are there any tools like those uh money wise assessment tools like getting out of budget something around you know I I call it uh there's something I did where you say this is currently where I am but this is my dream this is like different places. So if I'm going to look at you know this in in in the next this is where my dream is. So it's this you know I just need to show you that for you for it to uh center but what tools are available for you guys ### 00:27:40 **Rina Hicks:** So there was I was just going back to our website. There's a tool we had but um it was sitting on you know those are the mistakes I made but it was sitting **Robinson Muigai:** currently. **Rina Hicks:** on a platform that I had to keep paying for and it was not mine. It was on uh the previous uh social media internet person who was helping me. So when we did not agree, he pulled it out. Um so I don't currently have that. But we had developed a test um which is easy to do. It's like a a test that gives you results on where you're at and what your focus then should be. Um so we need to develop that. We do have I mean the budgeting tools, **Robinson Muigai:** Get **Rina Hicks:** they're now free ones that we can customize based on what we want. **Robinson Muigai:** up. **Rina Hicks:** Um the money personality test is not mine. It is adopted from so I've changed some of the things so that we can localize but it's adopted from a lady called Olivia Melon. ### 00:28:39 **Rina Hicks:** So now I'd need to check into copyright issues and see if we can get permission to to use it and what that would look like. But we're happy to share it with you. **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Rina Hicks:** Um then you can guide us because you are AI experts. **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Rina Hicks:** you guys you can help us know they don't look yeah so if we can K **Robinson Muigai:** And you know we can tweak those things nowadays so that you don't have to get using copy. **Rina Hicks:** canyonize it even more I mean we already have it there 20 questions um we have the test answers **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Rina Hicks:** and but it's all manual it's not it's not some yeah yeah we can even **Robinson Muigai:** So we can digitize that. **Rina Hicks:** rename the characters oh yes there's values clarification as well now **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Rina Hicks:** values clarification is also adopted from a book that exists and a program that exists So we would also need to see how do we adopt it so that um it can be **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. Don't get to any corporate things. ### 00:29:26 **Rina Hicks:** done. **Robinson Muigai:** Copyright things now. Let's see what we can do before we start thinking outside and **Rina Hicks:** Okay. **Robinson Muigai:** also for us is also to institutionalize the things you have making sure they are moneywise **Rina Hicks:** So **Robinson Muigai:** product rather than being owned by other and even what we will do it will be inside money wise so that **Rina Hicks:** yeah, **Robinson Muigai:** it's your we come in to maintain but it's not the copyright is yours that's that's the best way to go around it and people are more confident if you do **Rina Hicks:** yeah, **Robinson Muigai:** that Yeah. **Rina Hicks:** yeah, **Robinson Muigai:** All right. **Rina Hicks:** there's also another tool we have. Sorry, money. Okay, go ahead. **Money - Wise:** Uh no, just go ahead. **Robinson Muigai:** So, **Money - Wise:** I just needed to add after you're done just to kind of like give a different outlook on um **Rina Hicks:** Okay. **Money - Wise:** how of you from client's perspective. **Rina Hicks:** Yeah. So, there's also a risk a wealth management tool that I think you can help us simplify, I think, by putting it online. ### 00:30:22 **Rina Hicks:** So what it does, it helps you set your goals and helps you uh it's all on exams, so it's it's a bit manual, but it helps you kind of have set your goals and then see what how much do I need to invest every month to be able to invest for retirement, buy my home, plan for my wedding, and all these different things that you want to do. And what I'd love is if we can make that tool such in such a way that it can even send you alerts or I don't know but now we're getting into another level. But I mean it's a tool that exists and we can adopt it. Um that by the way that FIB investor assessment I'm the one who developed it and it's a really good tool that they don't use very well. So we can actually use that because I'm not anyway. So **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah, that's a beauty. **Rina Hicks:** yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** Uh, go ahead. **Money - Wise:** Um, so I I also wanted to to to throw in something that I consider is also one of our unique selling points. ### 00:31:23 **Money - Wise:** Um, and this is what I've noticed even with clients who do have the money. We we h we have a very heavy um faith background. So most of our clients come and say they trust us because you know we we are people who teach and speak Christ like you know we we we have Christian values which is awesome. But one of the things is also that people do not understand how to think about financial literacy. So the tools we're talking about or what we're discussing here is for guys who know and they're like I want this. I want this. There are some people who who will just say please help me. I don't even know where to start. Now, some of the tools we have, that's how we would um and I don't know if I'm getting technical now. Um but but that's the thought process of the client when they come in. One, they only want Reena. Yeah. Because Reena is the one who's been talking to them. ### 00:32:15 **Money - Wise:** She's so, you know, reachable. She's motherly, she's a sister, she's everything. So, Reena, only Reena can solve my problems. But then when you actually talk to them, they have no starting point completely. So the question is we go we don't just come to finances we approach the human being the person who are you like though you're saying this is your goal this is this we help them think through this is how to start thinking about finances like the you when you wake up in the morning who are you so that whole funnel or that whole process is part of the tools and assessments that I think we are now talking about that I think I just needed to speak into. So that um all these we apply everywhere. We apply with corporates. We apply in our coaching. We apply on one-on-one sessions. We first target the individual from it's a you know sort of like a pattern behavior thing. So it's not we we we take a step further back you know. ### 00:33:18 **Money - Wise:** Yeah. So that's a very huge key thing. this wanting to set people free is a is a is a habit, **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Money - Wise:** behavioral, you know, values kind of thing before you you actually target it. So, I think that's very unique, very key. **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah, interesting. Wilson, you can jump in. Yesterday I was with someone at my house and they said they travel to UK. They had this credit card they were they just took and they swiped that thing all over. It took them forever to ever pay that money. They didn't know what they were doing like literally. And even after paying, they don't know what happened. And this is a very with the masters. Anyway, uh Wilson, take it away. Wilson, I would like you show a few of uh so that we move from um the discussion to a bit of showing, but if you also have any question, you could go ahead and ask um and then we wrap up with action from from this meeting. ### 00:34:22 **Pinch Africa:** Yeah, thank you for that. Um my um my only question will be around how you've been managing the e-learning. Has it been functioning? um how does it look like for the the person taking the course? How does it look like for you the person managing the the the course itself? And also um there are a couple of tools you've mentioned. Um do we have them all on the website publicly available or do you bundle them as part of the parts of you know buying a books? **Rina Hicks:** So um let me talk about what we've done in the past and then now what we want to do. So in the past what we've had with the course is like there's one course called investable that was that's been our flagship course for a long time and the course has it's like an it takes about six to seven weeks to complete and the purpose for the course is to take you through where do you begin when you're thinking about investing and then all the way to what are the different options and what do they mean and how do they work and in the process of that there's all these different tools tools that come along with a with a course. ### 00:35:36 **Rina Hicks:** But now what we want to do is separate some of the things. So we can have modules that are just standalone so that you don't have to do the whole course if you don't want to. If you just download the wealth management tool, you can do that. If you want to just download the values clarification exercise or the money personality test, you can do that separately. So the idea with where we want to move now is to kind of do it in a manner that is if you want the whole thing you have it or if you want to do just a section of it you **Robinson Muigai:** Okay. **Rina Hicks:** can **Robinson Muigai:** And investable is still a product under you has your copyright. Okay, **Rina Hicks:** um so I don't have copyright over the name so it's been so long since we used it and pushed it. **Robinson Muigai:** perfect. **Rina Hicks:** we can change it to anything else like it would be nice if we can give it a fresh but these videos I took a long time recording preparing for it took me 19 months to work on that program so Um yeah the content is available um ### 00:36:39 **Robinson Muigai:** Okay. **Rina Hicks:** yeah **Robinson Muigai:** The content is available publicly. Okay. Okay. We **Rina Hicks:** so but currently sorry currently it's available on a a platform I think I may have mentioned it to you **Robinson Muigai:** thought **Rina Hicks:** Africa's pocket um did I did I mention it to **Robinson Muigai:** drop a link. No, no, no. **Rina Hicks:** you no so it's actually been removed by the way from Africa's **Money - Wise:** So actually Yes. **Robinson Muigai:** You could drop the ring also. **Money - Wise:** Yes. Yes. Yeah. **Rina Hicks:** pockets So, **Robinson Muigai:** Who removed **Money - Wise:** They removed it. **Robinson Muigai:** it? **Rina Hicks:** okay, we we had an agreement, a three-year contract, which I refuse to renew because I want us to set up our own **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah, **Rina Hicks:** platform. **Robinson Muigai:** that that's a problem with yeah do your thing because now guys are just getting you take time to build your brand name and all this and then just someone comes with something and then they yeah so anyway that's a different story. ### 00:37:30 **Robinson Muigai:** Uh Wilson could you show a few of one or two assessment? So the okay I see that um so one is yeah just go ahead with the note you have um just for the visual part of this conversation. **Pinch Africa:** I'm also happy that um you guys have ready content so it saves us quite a lot of **Money - Wise:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah, **Pinch Africa:** so yeah definitely **Money - Wise:** Looking forward to adding more content on that platform. Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** Wilson, when you're ready. **Pinch Africa:** Um, I hope you guys can see my **Robinson Muigai:** Not yet. As you bring it up, **Pinch Africa:** screen. **Robinson Muigai:** so I also see on your site you had orange as brand. Is that part of your brand or you know like the tabs are orangeish? **Pinch Africa:** Oh, yeah. The reddish **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. On the website right now the man wise cuz **Pinch Africa:** color. **Robinson Muigai:** I see your logo is some navy blue with a light blue logo. So but also I saw orange. ### 00:38:46 **Robinson Muigai:** I don't know in your branding if that color is also there. **Money - Wise:** uh oh when you say the money wise and then the home buttons and the about us as you scroll through **Robinson Muigai:** Yes. **Money - Wise:** um moan no I don't think orange is in our brand book I know we've got gold blue green white and I think black. **Robinson Muigai:** Okay. **Money - Wise:** I think orange was just to sort of like highlight as you scroll through. **Robinson Muigai:** Okay. **Pinch Africa:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** Wilson. **Pinch Africa:** Um I hope you guys can now see my screen. Perfect. Um so the leader development um I don't know whether you guys are familiar with Byron and **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Pinch Africa:** Byron's work but leader development was a is a project that we we actually just actually just finishing up on. Um it's a it's a tool um targeted towards um people specifically leaders um who want to be um the best versions of of themselves as leaders out there. Um it features an assessment tool um and it also features a a coursework section um which is more more or less the e-learning bit of it. ### 00:39:58 **Pinch Africa:** Um you'll notice um so for this for this specific um website um we went pretty much in terms of the language um because that's what um you know it's expected with um with Byron's target audience. She's targeting mostly people in their late 40s, 50s, you know, people who are becoming the church leaders, group leaders, communication leaders, you know, people of people of such caliber. So we went with a more straightforward language. Even you notice with the tabs um at the top uh the kind of images um the kind of um the font we are using the kind of colors we're using. So we kept it um pretty plain and and straight. Um the most important stuff here and um you can also speak to it. I'll just take you through straight to the assessment bit of it. So for the assessment it was more around um identifying or rather pinpointing the the visitors or rather the users personality um anchored to to to how they they identify as leaders or how they see or how they see themselves um the gaps they're experiencing and the kind of leaders they want to be. ### 00:41:18 **Pinch Africa:** So um the at the beginning of the assessment it features um as I mentioned um it's a it's a six assessment and it features first of all um an assessment on the personality just come here click on begin assessment we also have a dashboard a dashboard for people who have visited before in case they want to track their progress in terms of how they started and how they're going or how or where they've reached. Um the first case which is an inagram more around the personality. Um so you know there are regulations around this. So people take the the inagram from outside then they come just fill in their their details here. Let me just do this for now. **Robinson Muigai:** maybe maybe Wilson you don't go through the test I want you to show the dashboard because they they understand the **Pinch Africa:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** assessment what I wanted to say here is as Wilson you open that so there are different tabs so it's a long assessment but there's a reason you will do that as a as Uh so this is how it looks ### 00:42:12 **Pinch Africa:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** and it's theirs is very long. **Pinch Africa:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** Uh what I wanted to say is when you do the assessment at the end we ask you for your email and like you sign up something so that you get to see the dashboard. Most people do it the other way around and people get not to do the assessment. So you finish you can even send it to your to your email or just have it in the dashboard. You create an account. So you have those both options. So if you come later and you want to do other things. So this is your own dashboard as a client that you've gone through. So uh yes yes. **Rina Hicks:** This is amazing. So, who who set up the the assessment? **Robinson Muigai:** So no no they gave **Rina Hicks:** Was it already set **Robinson Muigai:** us raw data what document stuff that is not making sense and then we made it make **Rina Hicks:** up? **Robinson Muigai:** sense. It was very raw. Now he's looking at it and saying ah let me change this you know like that because he's able to see ### 00:43:12 **Rina Hicks:** Yeah. Tell me. **Robinson Muigai:** visually uh and and the idea is to have hooks on the website that you give for **Pinch Africa:** Thank you. Thank **Robinson Muigai:** free to bring people but also before people go for coaching you need to have some **Pinch Africa:** you. **Robinson Muigai:** information so you also helping them do something before they come to you so that you know where to start. So that's the idea. So Winston, you speak to that **Pinch Africa:** Yeah. Yeah. And um so with Byron there's a way he came up with like um **Robinson Muigai:** then. **Pinch Africa:** um should I call them labels I think labels um based on how the user has filled up like for example based on the assessment this user feel and it it established they have um it gave them the love label. Um you can see they value connection, empathy, presence and emotional awareness based on what they feel. Um you can see these are the proper inagram. You can see based on the different um the different labels um how they how they rank. ### 00:44:09 **Pinch Africa:** They they rank highest um on lava. That's why they have the the lava label here and it looks really nice with the imagery. And we can have something custom like this for the financial um of the money personality thing. And I think Robinson you have some experience there. So um you shouldn't have much trouble there. Uh it's a it's a it's a very long six days assessment. So you get like a summary of that. Yeah. And you can again go back to the dashboard. You can retake the assessment after certain certain period of time and you can access the results from here. And also you have a tab here on courses. So this person never did any course but when they click on browse courses um they have a couple of of ready courses they can choose from can buy and they can go through them. So the way we've connected it with the with the coaching team because Byron is big on coaching. um at the end of the assessment um based on what you feel you're prompted to maybe start a coaching session with Byron and also at the end of or in between the the course you're also prompted for the same like a coaching session um with Byron. ### 00:45:23 **Pinch Africa:** So there's a way we've interconnected the the coaching bit the e-learning whatever the course bit and the assessment bit with the so that they all kind of build on each other. Polar Coast. Um it's on leaning under pressure. You can see the pricing. They're able to enroll. It has about nine lessons. You can see um what you expect to learn. You can see the different modules. You can click on them to expand. And uh yeah, we can have somewhat similar module. Um, of course now with you, now that you have um, you know, you have the ready resources, it will be easier, something more visual, um, something more, um, interactive, um, you know, something that someone doesn't feel like they they're going through high school again. Just something um, they can they can enjoy going through um, embedded with some of the tools that you've mentioned so that they all kind of build into each other. um Robinson and also you can see we have the different um the different programs. ### 00:46:20 **Robinson Muigai:** Yes. **Pinch Africa:** You can see we have the different pages um foundations practitioner mastery the different assessments um yeah **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. So, so the idea is when you do like the the assessment when you have your own dashboard, right? You can also see the courses within your dashboard and you can even have a free course one of them and then you do it you finish and then the others you have to open them up uh to go through and even in the courses you can have open so they just go in see overview blah blah blah then if they want to continue they now kind of pay so they have it's **Pinch Africa:** Yep. **Robinson Muigai:** uh paste you pace yourself but also what we we seeing is video tend to do very well class. **Pinch Africa:** Good. **Robinson Muigai:** So you go listen to a video there's a bit and then tools for you tools will be very key uh to do that. So just how you go through user journal. So you could do an assessment dashboard you can see the courses you can do the courses uh do other assessment and like that and like that. ### 00:47:36 **Robinson Muigai:** So just a way to have someone you know go through this together. That's one. Uh, w do you have something else you want to show around e-learning or something or that's good enough. **Pinch Africa:** Um so the e-learning bit of **Rina Hicks:** So, sorry. We have a hard stop at at two. **Pinch Africa:** um **Robinson Muigai:** Okay. **Rina Hicks:** So, um if we can **Pinch Africa:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** Let me actually let's stop here and do some action because if we don't do any actions it will be **Rina Hicks:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** it will be oh these are some of the videos um that we've been doing and we are **Pinch Africa:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** integrating there. **Rina Hicks:** Also, **Robinson Muigai:** So yeah, **Rina Hicks:** he's he's also done videos on **Robinson Muigai:** he's also been doing videos and we're going to be looking at that and building modules for learning. **Rina Hicks:** YouTube. Okay. **Robinson Muigai:** So you guys already have it. **Pinch Africa:** Yeah. **Rina Hicks:** How long How long has it taken **Robinson Muigai:** So we are uh it's been so it's been first building trust. ### 00:48:23 **Rina Hicks:** you? **Robinson Muigai:** Let me just say that. And we've been very consistent. So we produce videos every I think every month and we manage his socials and all that. And now we've gotten to a place now we are building stuff for for coaching. So we've worked with him for a year now. **Rina Hicks:** Okay. **Robinson Muigai:** But the co this platform it's been maybe like the last week that we when he was in Kenya we started to discuss and we presented he's loved it and now we are going fullblown on in terms of implementation. **Rina Hicks:** You started when he was here on the website. **Robinson Muigai:** Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. **Rina Hicks:** Oh, that's not a long time **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. We do quick quick to K up. **Rina Hicks:** ago. **Robinson Muigai:** I have Jenz here and making me to be a Jes. So in terms of um you guys what you've seen um one of my proposal is to redo the sites and combine them right that with all the tools and we can go back and forth the I think our layers person will be um let me check the name again Mr. eventually by the way Lea seems the Leo's person and then Mon in terms of making sure the brand and the messaging is clear and then Reena in terms of the vision ### 00:49:50 **Robinson Muigai:** and making sure we are not losing the vision and the language. Um but in terms of implementation le I think you're the person I **Money - Wise:** Yeah. **Robinson Muigai:** propose and I told Reena before we review what we is there that's not a standard we want to uh to use we don't even want to think about that have a draft for you guys sometime next week we can communicate we get all the information uh we'll create a draft we normally have a process we create a draft things are thrown there uh we we have a draft that we can present then is of it was a logistic nin Reena we will deal with you on the side on that one or you can guide me uh on how to deal with that I think that's not a conversation for here then then hopefully in the next two and a half weeks if we do a good job and get it to 80% we launch and then we support you to maintain and we can agree the period because there are stuff that is going to be coming up That's phase one. ### 00:50:54 **Robinson Muigai:** Phase two is to help to help Lee now do the back end. I've seen WhatsApp you have like uh 80 something just assisting you with technology on how to manage that effectively but **Rina Hicks:** An AI bot of some kind would be so helpful. **Robinson Muigai:** that yes and we have those we have a tool we can't show right now. We'll show in the next meeting that we have because of time we'll be able to help you like by the time you're speaking to the 80 you know who jokes I need to reach out quickly like that like that like that right so it's something that will help you we also going to do the same to Moz we've discussed about that because we have the capacity and the tools to be able to do that especially managing the back end right we have to create platform that actually people go to and generate money now without the back end it becomes was very difficult. Right? So, I want to leave it at that and pick up anything else that I'm not seeing that you guys might want to propose moving forward. ### 00:52:07 **Money - Wise:** Um I know this is being recorded. Um just wanted to get uh you will share I've taken notes but also you'll share action points isn't it? **Robinson Muigai:** Yeah. **Money - Wise:** Um I've shared my email there same at moneywise also that phone number that's the one that's on WhatsApp as well. Um, yeah, looking forward to seeing the draft and seeing how we can get this sorted out. **Robinson Muigai:** Reena, is that a good idea on your site? **Money - Wise:** Asanti **Rina Hicks:** I think it's it's a great idea. I feel like Oh my gosh. **Robinson Muigai:** How long have you **Rina Hicks:** I've been I feel like I've been walking and running on the same spot for the last six **Robinson Muigai:** taken? **Rina Hicks:** in 800 days. Oh my gosh. Hh. **Robinson Muigai:** Sorry. **Rina Hicks:** Okay. **Robinson Muigai:** We are here. **Rina Hicks:** Anyway, **Robinson Muigai:** We are here to sort this thing out. **Rina Hicks:** So um I think maybe just one last thing in one minute. Why pinch pinch Africa? **Robinson Muigai:** So um we when we registered our name there was a transfer of names in the registra and we were having problem getting names then. ### 00:53:14 **Robinson Muigai:** So any name would put it was a problem because if there was like pinch you can't do pinch something so it would refuse. So we had to be very unique. So we went through many names but also we wanted a name when people ask can provoke conversation and probably then I would wanted to lie and come up with a very nice to link so that so a name that would provoke some conversation that's also what we wanted. We are also passionate about working in Africa. We have some businesses in this continent and passionate about Africa and this is our time and we know uh there are many problems. Yes. But we we we are in a season that we believe this is when we can show leadership uh in the in this continent and we are happy to work with business like this that are actually doing that. Um we are interested maybe as I finish business that are in Africa that want to expand in the continent but also business outside that want to come and invest in Africa. ### 00:54:17 **Robinson Muigai:** So those are most of the business we are we excited to work with in summary. Thank **Rina Hicks:** Thank you. Thank you so much. Ha. **Robinson Muigai:** you. **Rina Hicks:** So I guess we shall leave it at that. My understanding is that you'll get back to us with some kind of draft and then we work from there so that we align in terms of understanding and what uh the scope **Robinson Muigai:** Yes. Awesome. So, **Rina Hicks:** is **Robinson Muigai:** we'll do an email with a folder with kind of some things that we want branding manual and all those things. **Rina Hicks:** sour. **Robinson Muigai:** Then then it's going to be shared from there. **Rina Hicks:** So you send out the email you have all our emails now rea will lead that process on our **Robinson Muigai:** Yes. **Rina Hicks:** end. **Robinson Muigai:** Awesome. All the best in your next meeting. **Rina Hicks:** Thank you so much. Have a great afternoon. **Robinson Muigai:** Awesome. **Rina Hicks:** Bye. **Robinson Muigai:** Bye-bye. Excuse me. I'm going to Okay. ### 01:07:59 **Robinson Muigai:** I think seat down Amen. Wait, wait, wait. My name is How's it going? passing your IP address. So I have to change some in agenda.
